How to Send an Entire Folder by Zipping Through an Email
You may be know how to attach multiple files to your email. If you don’t know how to send an entire folder to your recipient, here are the steps:
Locate the folder containing the information you would like to send.
Right click the folder with your mouse (For Ex: Japan1). A small window with a list of choices will appear. Select “Send to Compressed (Zipped) Folder”. Now you will see a new icon with the same title as your original folder in compressed format (Japan1.zip).
Log into your favorite email or web based mail such as gmail or yahoo mail and compose a new message. Click the “Attach a file” button and browse for your new zip file named “Japan1.zip”. The zip file should be in the same location as your original folder. Select the file so it will attach to the email.
Make sure you see the attachment in your email, finish your letter, and send it to your recipient.
