Akki(Rice) Rotti – North Karnataka Style

Ingredients for Akki Rotti

2 cups rice flour
1 cup finely chopped onion
3 green chillies
2 tsp daniya leaves
Salt
2 tsp whole jeera

Cooking Instructions

Knead rice flour with all the above ingredients using water, make small balls
Take a plastic sheet apply oil on one side, patt the rice balls with your finger and make it as flat as possible.
Put it on the hot tava, roast it on both sides by applying oil.
Serve Akki Rotti hot with green daniya chutney
